In 2016, Amber Heard and Elon Musk were first linked together in London and Miami as both were weathering a public breakup:

• Musk filed for divorce from Westworld actress Talulah Riley in early 2015; and
• Heard and Johnny Depp finalized their divorce in January 2016.

The 30-year-old actress and 45-year-old tech titan are “both very serious about each other,” her father David Heard claimed, citing a report in the UK publication Grazia.

Claims were heard that Musk, Delevingne and Heard were in a secret three-way relationship in 2016. It was alleged that Heard's affair with the SpaceX entrepeneur began before she split with Johnny Depp in May that year.

But Musk told Page Six that he and Delevingne were friends.

In August 2017, they first broke up due to their busy schedules but rekindled their romance in January 2018 only to split for a second time a month later.

“Elon decided it was time to end it and Amber agreed,” a source close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time. “They both still care deeply for each other but the timing wasn’t right.”

Despite ending things in August, they were spotted out together in Australia just days after news of their split emerged.

“Well, she broke up with me more than I broke up with her, I think,” Musk told Rolling Stone in a story published three months later. “I was really in love, and it hurt bad.”

Heard’s family friend Jennifer Howell insisted in a court declaration that the Amber's late mother, Paige, revealed her daughter’s paranoid secret early last year, according to DailyMail.com.

“Paige shared with me while I was visiting [Amber’s sister] Whitney that Elon Musk had gifted a Tesla or multiple Teslas (not sure if it was one or more), but Amber found out that they were ‘bugged,'” Howell said, according to the documents obtained by the Mail.

The late mom claimed that the 49-year-old Tesla founder — who was accused in court of seeing Heard while she was still married to Johnny Depp — was “controlling” during their affair, Howell reportedly.

In comparison, Depp, 57, was an “angel” or a “saint” to Heard — and the family wanted to see them reunited, Howell told Depp’s lawyers in a statement as part of his $50 million US lawsuit against his ex-wife.

However, Heard’s sister insisted that Howell’s claims were “complete fiction,” reps for the actress and her family told the Mail.
